9. Delivery

10. Cancellations and refunds

10.1. Your rights may differ depending on whether the contract relates to:

  • clinical services

  • digital content

  • medicines

  • other goods

10.2. Because this service involves healthcare, prescribing, and the supply of medicines, cancellation may not be possible once clinical review, prescribing, dispensing, or fulfilment has started. If your order has already been passed to a third-party provider, including the dispensing pharmacy or delivery partner, we may be unable to cancel it. This does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

10.3. Where medicines or other health-related goods have been dispensed, dispatched, or unsealed, cancellation or return rights may be limited or excluded for safety, hygiene, or regulatory reasons. UK consumer law contains specific exceptions for sealed goods not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed, and for some goods that deteriorate or expire rapidly.

10.4. We may refuse returns or refunds where:

  • a medicine has already been prescribed and dispensed

  • an item has already been dispatched

  • an item has been opened, used, damaged, or stored improperly after delivery

  • the service has already begun with your agreement

  • the issue arises from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you

10.5. Nothing in these Terms removes any statutory rights you may have under consumer law.

11. Failed or unsuitable consultations

11.1. If, following clinical review, treatment is not suitable, we may decide not to prescribe.

11.2. If no prescription is issued before dispensing, you will receive a full refund for any charges related to the provision of medicine at that stage.

  • indirect or consequential loss

  • loss caused by inaccurate information provided by you

  • loss arising from delays outside our reasonable control

  • failure to provide treatment where it is not clinically appropriate

  • issues caused by third-party systems or providers outside our direct control, although this does not remove any responsibility we may have under law for services contracted in our own name.
