Delivery Information

Where treatment is prescribed, medication is dispensed and fulfilled by our pharmacy partner, Signature Pharmacy. Once a prescription is issued for delivery, it is sent to Signature Pharmacy for processing.

How delivery works

  1. You complete your consultation and submit the required medical information.

  2. Our clinical team reviews your case.

  3. If treatment is appropriate, a prescription is issued.

  4. The prescription is sent to Signature Pharmacy for dispensing and delivery processing.

  5. Once payment is completed where applicable, your order is prepared for dispatch and tracking updates are provided.

Submitting a consultation or booking an appointment does not guarantee that medication will be prescribed. Any prescribing decision is made only after an appropriate clinical assessment. This page relates to delivery after a prescription has been approved.

Delivery services

Signature Pharmacy uses tracked delivery services across the UK, including Royal Mail and DPD. Some parcels do not require a signature, while others, including many controlled drug or refrigerated deliveries, may be sent using a signed-for service. In some cases, a parcel may be delivered through the letterbox or left in a safe place where the courier permits this.

Delivery times

Delivery timings depend on when your prescription is approved, when payment is completed, stock availability, and courier collection times.

Signature Pharmacy offers tracked next-day delivery across the UK and same-day delivery in selected London postcodes, but delivery timing should be treated as an estimate rather than a guarantee. Orders placed after courier cut-off times or on bank holidays may be dispatched on the next available day.

Refrigerated medication

Some medicines require refrigerated handling. Signature Pharmacy states that refrigerated medicines are packaged and transported in a way that keeps them within the recommended temperature range during delivery. If your medication needs refrigeration, it should be unpacked promptly on arrival and stored according to the instructions supplied with it.

Delivery address changes

Please make sure your delivery details are correct when placing your order. If you need to change your address, this can usually be done before dispatch. If your order has already been dispatched, changes may need to be made through the courier using the tracking details provided.

Missed or delayed deliveries

If your parcel is delayed, marked as delivered but cannot be found, or arrives with a problem, please contact us as soon as possible. We may need your order details, tracking number, and courier information so that the issue can be investigated with Signature Pharmacy and the courier.

Controlled drugs

Where a prescription includes a controlled drug, Signature Pharmacy states that these are sent using Royal Mail signed-for delivery. Someone may need to be available to sign for the parcel. Royal Mail does not collect these on Sundays, so timings can be longer around weekends.
